School of Pennsylvania might be a philanthropy that was built up in 1740. The development concept is quite complex and involves various factors. All cannot be accorded the same priority in terms of both planning and investment. Therefore each country must be accorded priority to certain specific areas for the development as the different countries are in different stages of development. But whatever the differences may be in identifying it assumes that it is based on the economy and the sectors one which should be given its due place in the economy of the country. In USA agriculture, small industries and services have been identified as priority sectors.

Priority sector comprises of three vital areas like agriculture industry and service sectors, which occupy significant roles in the national economy. In our country, these three areas are the least developed. For the development of these areas, the existence of more investment in these sectors is vital. Though the credit is not the only factor responsible for the development of the priority sectors, with the adequate flow of finance the development of these sectors can be insured.
